Some of the staffs have zero sense of customer service. They need to work on their attitude. Pathetic service.

So far most of the pnb bank staffs and the process is always fast and easy over India, also most of the staffs are friendly. Well this one in Imphal is good (fast process) . The place is quite small but the staffs are very friendly . I got my new ATM card under 15 mints and all the staffs speaks fluent English which is perfect. Solid 5 stars
