Dear Team Yes Bank it very bed your bank appoint manager to assist me but she never call me also when ever we try land line no their no response , when we call to call center it is so difficult to reach to person

The worst bank you can come across. I opened both current account and savings account with them an year back and they gave me such a hard time as a customer that it's beyond explanation. They deduct unreasonable charges and upon query they inform that it might've been charged wrongly and get you into unnecessary formality to get back your own money. Staff is not at all helpful and they're psychologically in some sort of baseless superiority complex as if they're working for a very old and prestigious bank. My advice would be that you completely ignore this bank as dealing with them is very distressing and uncomfortable experience.

yes this is the most WORST Bank in india services r very POOR i definitely would love to close my A/C if not belongs Salary Account

Just deleted the above no ... it is fake no...please don't call on this no...rest is fine... Trained and helpful staff.... good branch....
