Terrible bank with terrible staff. SBI should fire employees of this branch as they do not do any work and absolutely useless. No one picks up the phone and do not want to do any work as stated. It has been completely frustrating experience dealing with this branch.

SBI should do something for their staff who are of senior age now considering the way competitors are providing service. Staff at this branch doesn’t care abt customer’s time & take their own sweet time to do the work. Customer is standing & waiting but they prefer to go for a walk after having lunch and the time is post 3:15 pm...! I hv g8 experience with SBI but this branch was pathetic.

Most of the services do not work online. Tried to get cheque book online, failed several attempts. Opening hours not specified anywhere on website. Contact numbers not provided in contact details. Contact us button leads to corporate website. Many other issues. One is obliged to visit bank for every small thing. Sad situation. Even the phone number provided on google page does not work. Auto message on dialing this number says that the service is suspended to this number.
