Bank service is good, but few staff are more supportive than others, need to multiple follow-up for add on services. ATM service is poorly maintained.

Very poor service, less number of staff, ATM of no use, No branch manager to take care of business, even Regional Manager is good for nothing. he is unable to resolve concern. Requesting higher management to please help us in providing the basic service. Andhra Bank Branch next to it provides lot better service.

Employees are rookies with 10 + of years experience. They took 25 days to update a phone number email address and please don’t apply New ATM card .
