Pitiably No Cash Deposit Machine(CDM) exists in this Urban (MaldaTown) Location where the bank demands ₹10,000 as minimum account balance, and there is not a single Axis ATM in close vicinity of travelling citizens' lifeline i.e. Malda Town Station. These are the two worst drawbacks of this bank. Cardless Transaction(CCW) service is also some extent difficult (but not more than HDFC) .Overall,It's slightly better than Canara bank.

Big bank, great service, ATM machine is available, self operating passbook printing machine, 2 cash counters, premium lounge and locker facility is also available...
