some of employees are very lazy, and may be 2-3 persons are good for support to customers. passbook print machine is not working properly also some time it is off, and inside area no fans and ac are not working... Plan your visit People typically spend 20 min here it's sentence totally wrong sentence. it's really sentence like this People typically spend 2.0 hrs. here(I spend here more than 2 hrs. for only new passbook. so, u all the people understand what time taken for other service....because some time they are try to intelligent and smart work but their machines and token system are not good working )

As the staff is so lazy always make excuses for not doing work, sends you to another counter to hust get rid of customer, Seriously they are here because they are from some ST SC OBC BC caste. They are not capable to do work here as they are so slow. Some young staff is needed here and that to who deserves to be here. No the reservation staff.
