I took home loan , they don't update frequently your interest certificate , meanwhile don't pick ur calls , don't revise interest rates as per market n crr....iIdont like their service.

They don't know how to behave with customers. Their clock is 5min fast and if you reach there at 3.55pm you'll get the closed door. And after requesting several times if you get the golden opportunity to enter the bank, be ready to get their harassment.

Good bank with modern infrastructure. New staffs are there. Working efficiency is good.
