The service for customers is usually slow (10mins per customer).nThere were only 2 counters and only 1 clerk.nWhen she went on her lunch break, there was no one and I had wait for 45mins.nnTher scenes were such that there were so many irate customers who gave a piece of their minds to the cash depositer and manager. Some of the staffs were rude and need to understand how to talk to the customers and calm them down.nnIt didn't bother me much as I went in with a good mood and I wanted to check my bank statement and make some enquiries. After waiting 45mins for the counter staff to come back, she made me feel guilty on waiting this long and told why I did not know and did not ask anyone else in the bank if it was just an enquiry and should have got it directed. There is a way to suggest a customer this and not make them feel guilty and tell them. I left the branch with a bad mood. In the long run, I will be closing my accounts at SBI.nnAreas for improvement-n1.The operations at this branch need to be improved. The ticket/token system needs to be more specific about customer needs such as Deposit, Withdrawal, FD, Gold, Loan, enquiry etc. This way the customer won't be directed to a single queue and make the process faster.n2. The entrance door doesn't have a PUSH or PULL sign.n3. The staff need to be taught on how to handle customers- the basics (human relations)nnOverall- Bad Experience
