Busy place, If someone wish to finish his work early then he or she should come before opening the bank i.e. at an around 9:45 hrs. The bank needs more staff for it's smooth delivery of banking service.

I think 99% account holder will agree that this branch gives pathetic service. Staffs are not helpful, they feel that they are doing charity by serving customers. These guys need to be trained and punished for their ruff behavior with customers. I always feel insulted by staff when I visit the branch. Thank God we have internet banking it saved from seeing these stupid self claimed god for the customers.

Very poor system, the bank employer behaviour is not well. But Khidirpur(sbi) branch better than Bethuadahari branch.
