As a bank SBI may be great. But the staff at PBB Malbhat are absolutely unfriendly. They don’t care for customers. Today I visited 3rd time to open a personal savings account and decided not to go ahead.

Special branch of State bank of India. As name defined it's personal banking branch and only serves to own branch customers. Cash Deposit machine is also attached with branch.
