Negative vibes, employees dont have basic etiquette, not doing any work with responsibility, very lazy staff...All service are pathetic, I decide to close all my reletable account after lockdown.

The thing which I like about this bank is staff is very friendly with everyone. They know each and every customer and talk with us very friendly manner. I feel like home here. But there are scope of improvement in some areas.

It's like few idiots handling a bank.. staff is just futile.. mannerless people.. don't even basic etiquettes... Don't even know how to speak to a customer.
