Visited this place today to enquire about Aadhar card phone number update. I was just asking the guard about it when someone sitting aacross the office advised the guard to refuse everyone from the door. Listening to his abrupt voice I went straight to him and was told that the machine was not working (06/03/18 , 10:55 am) and was advised to go to Nainital bank. I was further told that the machine would be working by Friday. If any Aadhar card is processed at this place between Tuesday and Thursday then these guys are definitely taking a bribe to deal with Aadhar card. Very unhelpful person.

Pathetic services and very big attitude problem with manager.. she dont have atticates to deal with customers nor understand or listen custome's concern and problems
