For kyc bank fixed time is 2 pm last and government set the public time 4 pm last LOL very pathetic service

Very bad service. It takes lot of formalty to apply for new debit card .i wasted my 5 days to apply for new card but finally not received yet. I wait for 4 month and then go to enquiry they told me that card dispathed contact to postman of your area. Then i went to postoffice he refused any parcel. Then contact to sbi bank now they told me again apply for new card then i apply .this story repeat again again now 3 years bank did not make new debit card. It s very bad experience, very bad staff , all the staff bad behavior........if the option of rating zero. I give zero rate .......

This branch is very close to nangli metro station. Have all the digital services available. E-lobby also available for quick transactions. But the staff here in the main branch is often rude.

Awesome staff, but a bit rushy branch. Seems as if customer have nothing to do with digital India. Same withdrawal,deposit queues.Staff is very cordial but sometimes they are helpless with rush. You can see heavy lines for passbook printing, though just in basement e lobby you can get your password printed.
