It's corona time and I get it, people have a different state of mind, but that doesn't mean you don't know how to treat a person properly, take it from a person who treats patients on a daily basis. One lady is particularly very obnoxious, and I don't write such reviews but I don't want such a service as a customer and specially when we have so much respect for the government employees.

Worst service, staff dont have the knowledge about the process and what documemts required for perticular case, they only know to shift customers to next counter.My experience was so bad with this branch specially, Every time you see their system is not working or some issue in server, unless they ask for more documemts, No manners how to talk with customers, they disconnect the phone before customers finishing the sentence. Only one person is their in this bank who do proper job and he is SECURITY GUARD.
