It has always been pleasure to bank with Standard Chartered. Be it credit card or bank account there service are top notch. I would say SC is leader in private sector banking. Always been pleasure to walk into there Janakpuri Br and get the work done. This was the bank who stood strong with there customers at the time of notebandi and helped the most where others failed.

One of the horrible and pathetic branches of Standard Chartered in Delhi NCR. Must say they have complete non cooperative front/enquiry desk staff. Compare to other SC Bank branches (like South Extension, Barakhamba Road, etc) here staff operate and behave with customers like any Government bank. Avoid this branch and rather visit some good SC Bank branch in Delhi NCR

People in bank are too slow and for any query they ask contact customer service representative . Everytime they are requesting us to take policy
