It might be correct to say that the bank is understaffed and the customers are truly a lot and also some of the employees are truly imbecile.As a result of these factors the services are very poor and you can expect anywhere between 2 hours to the whole day to get any work done(if it indeed gets done)

Bank employees are not deal customer issues in professional way they deal very unprofessionaly. Very worse bank services and not customer friendly bank.

Very poor Banking service , specially Bank manager not at all supportive and unprofessional in his work. People are taking govt job as granted that is way this situation occurred
