When it was State bank of Patiala, the services were excellent. Now as SBI, Its utterly nonsense. Not even the IFSC code changed on website. Very poor response over phone.

Very poor service branch manger and staff rudly behave to account holder ...they do not want to do their work.... I think Sbi bank need to care this brach ...no one customer satisfied to this sbi brach sec -23 dwarka

I visited this branch for opening savings account and the branch manager said the person is on leave and he will come after 15 days. Please come after 15 days. I was like... hain? Thanks to the branch manager for showing poor services early only and saved my future time.

Excellent services since it was State Bank of Patiala. We are really happy with the staff they have, especially the Manager of this branch.
