Worst branch ever, service 0 employee behavior 0 so why this branch is running and I will give them they 0 rating but unfortunately I have to give 1 because of lots of issue which still they are not solving yet.

i have visited several times for a simple work i.e for some updation but every time they said that request will be completed today but at last they do nothing and you will get no message. Need improvement in customer services. Concern person should look into this matter.

The think I loved about this branch is the branch manager, he is young and active and supportive, and the sir at desk no. 5 he is also good. I think he is physically challenged by his legs but excellent work ethic 🙏. But the other staff needs to improve themselves

Worst bank branch the employees are not at all friendly rather they really have an arrogant behaviour and the management is the worst, customers wait 1to 2 hour outside ,standing in the queue for simple tasks which hardly take 5 mins (I had to stand 1/2 hour in the queue for a simple deposit slip) . The employees are so lazy they cannot do simple bank tasks . Because of these I had to travel from Mahavira enclave to dwarka (they really have a good management system) . I'm really disappointed about the way the employees treat there customers in Mahavir enclave branch and the security guard is also not at all responsible , he was just sitting on the chair out side the branch whereas all the customers were standing outside under the sun , and i must mention that most of the time they don't have cash in the ATMs and also there server is down

It's been 4 days since Number is not reachable. No working number showing up. What kind a bank is it. Reply. If U can. And mention the operational number. Pathetic.
