customer care service very bad . pass book printer not warking all time. hdfc barnch parsudih is very bad service.

I have my current account with HDFC bank so i have to visit this place regularly to deposit my cash. The atmosphere is good but persons behaviors are not familier all the time. They are much conservative.

no way to contact the branch, the number that is provided just sends you a link to talk to the chat bot. I requested a debit card 2 weeks ago and i have still not received any details regarding that. They have sent the otp of the debit card but the debit card is no where to be seen and not even any information is forwarded regarding that.
