I have such a bad review about the bank. I gave request for making some changes on my account before 3-4months ago and i had also done that before. Still the changes that i have requested have not made.nI tried to call the bank but didn't find an specific number. This really sucks.nCustomer needs an service when its needed not three or four months after that especially bank service.

Lead Bank of Ottapalam area .do not get satisfaction from here. The staffs do not care the costumers.
