Employees Are slow Two counter at this place but only one employee another counter empty

One of the most worst bank I have been till date. Kept me waiting for 1 hr jus for a closure of my account. Only after I stood up after loosing my temper they started working and that too they took another 1 hour to give back my money. Please do not open any account here.
