Staff is extremely unhelpful. For a simple task of closing the account, they made me visit 4 times. And, for transferring the remaining amount, they were pressurizing for investing. And, when asked to give some time for thinking, they started throwing tantrums for the banking work they are supposed to do. They have a pathetic attitude and were showing as if I should be obliged to them.nPS: Never open an account in this branch.
