how can you guys charge maintenance when account is not in use and when we want to close account online you guys are not giving any option and telling whether you use or don't use your account it doesn't matter still hdfc will charge your maintenance and the negative balance keeps on increasing like really

I went for Enquiry regarding loan , it functions on first come first serve basis .Staff is polite and assists us in every possible manner

My loan is in Mohali Phase 7 branch,nThe person (Executive Arvind Rana)) who got my loan passed, gave me wrong information, And even sit in the branch( Phase 7 Mohali), they also gave me wrong information, I think, got caught in the clutches of HDFC, my loan has passed in September. He said, you will increase your installment after 3 months, because, they made my kist only 4700 rs and on that time, I said that I want to give 10,000 rs. Now we are saying that our rule is not possible increase the installment

This is the worst HDFC Branch I ever seen. Customer support was so bad that you will wish to never visit that branch again. Sarkari Bank is much better than HDFC Sector 70. For KYC update I have waited 30 min without no reason, all the staff were free and chit chating to each others and 5-6 customer was waiting in this COVID situation without maintain any social distance and my KYC is still not updated.I think management should take action after all HDFC have a very GOOD Reputation.
