We went this branch a couple of days ago (Monday) for opening kids saving bank account nd we submitted all docs now we are waiting waiting and waiting no phone call no info of our account opening. Service b4 opening is miserable wht will happn after this. Strange

Staff is good but lady manager is pretty rude. Just bang or shout on her employees. Whole branch work managed by single girl she pretty good and helpful

Un qualified and rude Branch Manager(kaur). I was there in branch at 2.45pm and requested to withdraw cash with the proof of documents. My PAN card was issued in 2004 with paper copy and not the card. Branch Manager on 29/2/2020 refuses to accept the documents despite of stating the I used same documents PAN card, and aadhaar card with other branch to withdraw cash when I forgot my checkbook at home. Requested her to validate the transaction.nnICICI quality of people hiring is degraded. HDFC, CITI, SBI started doing extremely well to support customer as Global Bank.nnPeople like her (Kaur) as Manager sitting in the Bank will continue to push customer to other banks.nnAfter 17years of relationship with ICICI - this is my last branch visit and planning to move Assets to other bank soon.nnGuys - looks like ICICI downturn has started with having such Managers.nnTo benefit other - I’ll share more blogs about ICICI service in social media.
