0 Rating, Very arrogant peoples, they took 2 days for a gold loan,non call they said interest rate is 10%, in branch they said Interest rate is 11%,nVery Very poor service at gold loan.

whenever u go to this bank, these people are always free. not a single customer except you. But the cashier is so procrastinator, she will not entertain you any soon. ask them where to deposit your check, no answer. They love to sit like dummies. Why such staff YES BANK??

Very disappointed with this branch. Without any approach they will not assist any customer. Staffs of this branch have more interest to pick up their personal call during working hours. One of lady on cash counter was so rude. Her name is kirti and she ignored me and start dealing with another lady Because she knew her. Be careful guys. I am going to close my account here and never go therenAgain

Be careful with this Branch while deposit 500 Rs.notes because Cashier can replace your geniune currency notes to Fake Currency notes which they took from others and within Seconds while you'll be not looking on ur Cash which u r Depositing they'll Change it under the Counter . Stay Alert Stay Safe.
