The branch is located on the first floor. It generally is not very crowded. The staff are cooperative, each minding their own desks. The ecorner has 7 ATM machines, most of which generally don't have cash in them. It's quite easy to spot from the main road. Overall it's exactly how an SBI branch is. It comes under Tezpur RBO.

Sir, I had visited Tangla Branch many times to Marge my two SBI account in one CIF account however your branch employee neither marge my two account nor updated my KYC. asked to me come on next day (mentioned). Kindly do needful ASAP.

Very bad service. I'hv been 4 times to change the RMN, still they are not solved my problem. it's a simple work to change the RMN but they are not interested to provide service to the customer.

Terrible experience I get everytime I visit.. Passbook reissue requires more than a week..always have a problem with their machines.. I even talked for loan for which they denied even after being a state government service holder, involvement of broker for getting loan even charging a huge amount
