One of the worst service ..and security guards very careless guys, and they ans very rude ,they should respect the customer they has to know have to brief them please maintain ..

Very worst and terrible customer service by staff, no one ready to hear the customers banking problems , and main thing to open a savings account you have to visit 2 or 3 days to complete, because customers are the punes / office staff in the branch. Actually banking staff understand customer needs and fulfill the banking needs. but here If you want any banking needs first you have to learn banking language. ( I heared from responsible service manager of the branch Mrs. Srivani Garu ) And go to the branch. because they don't understand customer needs otherwise they teach you rules,the same rules not applicable to them. I personally face a problem that they take kyc of my wife's deactivated account and updated to the same, they don't even try to explain to the customer that the status of the account, after some days only I know that my bank account was freezed and the kyc details was updated to the freezed account by the experienced staff wow what a great service and knowledge , to know the problem I went to branch then only I knew that my account was blocked and updated KyC wrongly by the staff, the same agreed by service manager Mrs.srivani garu. Yesterday 02.02.20 I went to branch to reopen my account at 3.15 pm they said account opening will not possible at this time and told me to visit next business day means Closing time of the bank was 4 pm still there is 45 mins working hours also not enough to open savings Accounts, however I met branch manager and reopened my account, but to get passbook and to update other details I have to spend half of the day means 03.03.20 from 2.30 pm to 5.15 I have to wait in the branch, after that much waiting my work was not finished, after update the account I supposed to take reprint of the passbook but they said all staff's were left and you have to visit tomorrow. Mean's we can't came inside after 4pm to avail the services, but they can left customers in half of the way and can go to home. Due to lake of knowledge to the staff I / we / all need to wait more time then actual late service time.

Worst bank ever. The landline number is invalid. They can keep billions of your money but not a working valid landline number.
