No proper response from staff. Every day lot of people facing difficulties in banking here. No use of existing Help desk. Security person is only one here in active mode. There are no safety measures here in this current pandamic covid situation.

Beside BRTS road. Deposit michones, printing michones available hear very spacious place. Ground floors ATMs 1 St floor SBI Branch office located. Beside pendurthi Government hospital located.

The Service Manger Mr Srinivas is very rude towards customer and bossing over the customers especially towards semi literate and illeterates. Going to complain against him to AGM. IMAGINE THE SITUATION IN THE BRANCH
