They deserve 5 stars on banking services, less crowded, quick response. But after bank merge, simple passbook update services are not available for 2 months. During Demonitization, they provideed quick best service and no hackle was faced.nEarlier manager Panda, most irritating misbehaving, lazy and didn't provide complete information for banking benifit. Due to his misbehavior, I transferred my HBL from this bank. I have more complaint against this bank what should rectify for better service. Simply, for that guy, I left the bank and trying to move beyond this bank. But they provide quick HBL sanction. It was nice as customer over there for 10 yrs.
