I was in SBI kishoreganj branch for cash deposit and was standing in the line for more than half an hour and after that when my turn came the banker told me that he can’t deposit my money because i have a different SBI branch!!! Is this really it??? What if a student or a senior citizen away from home needs some help and these bankers will say you have to go to your own branch! SBI kishoreganj branch is really one of the poor service oriented bank of India.Really disappointed.
