SBI please train your Staff at Treasury Branch to be Polite and help Customers when they ask for help and not just ignore and treat Customers badly and wash your hands off saying I can't help you. How sad that your bank depends on us Customers to Survive. Please correct the Staff and make hem aware of the same.

My experience: crowded, unhelpful. When I asked to exchange some mutilated note, they said this was done once a month on a particular Sunday morning!nStrange how Indian banks can vary so much, though these are all government-run. Some are polite, friendly and efficient. This one doesn't belong to this category; at least that's the impression I got.
