When I step into Goa Urban bank I feel like I’m going in past, I get the feeling that I’m in 80’s... Bank service is so slow & outdated. Bank need to hire some energetic people as those staffs are more interested in doing gossips rather than doing their work. And for please god sake install a deposit machine so that people who comes to deposit money don’t need to wait in one line which is for both Deposits & Withdrawals inspite of having 3 Receipt counters out of which 1 is always closed... I wish the Margao Bank manager to take a step & fix it.... Thankyou ud83dude4f

Now,there are no much hassles, as the bank is gone into online banking and if one is computer literate,one need not go personally to the bank but it is advisable to have a B/W HP LaserJet toner printer

One of the worst banks in India no idea y they are not closed always in a month their cards don't bloody work at least once a week so totalling up its not working 3 to 4 times a monthnThey have no say when u call only they say they are updating no idea what they update everyweek which is totally nonsense in their part plz see to matter if any bank person who works there see this review cause it's really fustrating from ur side
