Staffs sitting there has no manners to talk to customers, being bank staff they thought they are owner of the bank . Worst staffs in this branch. Staffs of this branch needs training for how to talk to customers.

Very poor working culture no one able to hear the problem from last 15 days atm machine is not working .

Nice bank, almost all bank staff are supportive. Banking methods are also bit easy and adoptive. Having lots of machines including ATM for other purpose services.

Accountant sitting there has no manners to talk to customers, being accountant she thought she is owner of the whole union bank and that lady is always busy in mobile phone. Worst staffs in this branch. Staffs of this branch needs training.

Please refrain yourself from opening bank account in this branch They could not open a current account and a savings account in three weeks even after spending hours sitting at the bank for several days
