The people working there are nice and friendly. I have 2 problem, 1) I opened an account and after 6 days I tried to check my balance and it says incorrect pin please contact your nearest branch. 2) I installed mizo rural bank apps for mobile banking like I was told. After installing, I entered acct # and the OTP, but it says invalid OTP, I tried again and it says unauthorized access. I don't understand what's going on. Maybe you can do something to improve your apps and service. Now I have to visit the branch. So much hussle.

It is one of the branch of Mizoram Rural Bank. MRB has many branches in city. IFSC code is starting with SBIN same as SBI. Normal banking services performed here.
