The worst banking system and the staff I ever met in my life. I have been to bank to collect the chip card instead of the previous one. Am astonished to hear some rules and regulations there which were not in any other bank. Before they issue my new card my old card was blocked. And said me to submit proof of documents even after having the account holder, pass book, old debit card. I have to rush to my home to get the identification document which is far away. My card was blocked at 12.45pm and new card was issued at 3.45.pm only after the submission of document.nAll the staff were shouting at me if I ask them why my card was blocked before I submit the document and before issue me a new card.nThey are so harsh at the customers including the bank manager.nUnexpected experience.
