This branch employees work for only their relatives not for allud83dude05nnI took new account soo I asked them to print my account number in passbook they told me that printer is not working...nnSuddenly there relative came and asked her to print she taken with smile and kept in printer when I questioned her another employee is raising the voice and saying hey get out from here and come tomorrow morning ud83dude00...nnFor getting solve these type of problems they kept the rule that we should not take the video if we take then they file a case against us...nnI think this employees are not educated or else not trainedud83dude05

No employee in the bank cares for their customers. Completely arrogant behaviour and treatment. SBI has the very good fame in the market, but this completely misleads the scenario. Coming to services, no one clearly explains the problems and issues that are caused to their customers. Really fed-up with them. This has to be changed, bring more workforce and necessary training is to be given to the employees of this branch.
