I don't know how they are getting jobs in SBI .nToday I went to this branch SBI mankammathota karimnagar , to open a new acnt where I didnt have till date and never visited SBI any time .nThe process went too good but there is man beside counter 4 such an harsh man without any common sense tore my application letter saying that i alrdy had an acnt from 2014 how that is possiblen1. If I was taken an acnt in that year 2014 , my age should be +18 but I was about to complete my 10th now I'm 22.n2. Without applicant presence banks are not allowed to open an account but somehow acnt was open on my name without my presence where I didnot even know how the banks benAnd in reverse without thinking logicalling shouting on me such rubbish man no decencynat all

Bank staff are not well experienced and they don't know the process very well. To open an account it took 3-4 hours

Worst service. No one is clear about the process .it took me 4 hours to close my account.the process is so slow .Respective persons seats are always empty.
