Here's staff taking a long time for completion the work and solve the customers issues.

In this bank i have the worst experience in the whole of my life.They have the unmannered and uneducated staff who doesn't even know how to talk to customer where attending the customer is not even concerned. Instead of listening to the problems of customer, they create a new one.The Service Manager of this bank has i feel forgotten that she has been apointed as Service Manager of this branch not the owner of the whole series of SBI. If someone from the higher authority is reading my review i would request you to please concern my request to improve something with this staff for the sake of the Respect and Believe of the customers with SBI.

Special SBI branch. It is open on Sunday and their weekly off is on Monday. Overall good service provided to the customers.

Sbi bank sector 1 place in bhel township haridwar . opening time Thuesday to sutarday 11 am to 3 pm and 3 pm to 5 pm. & Sunday opening time only 11 pm to 2 pm.
