Bad experience with staff cooperation full day I lost without a single work. I came for PPF cheque deposit and public branch office persons that said thatnprior to update KYC than we will process and at afternoon said that your account not in this branch so not possible. What is this

This is the main sbi branch of bikaner, it was earlier state bank of bikaner and jaipur, bit last year all state banks were merged in sbi, and now its part of sbi, it offers all type of banking services, has 4 ATM in premise, and cash deposit machine, foreign currency conversion is also available here. Located near district court is in central location of city. You can visit for personal or corporate banking.

Previously it was a Zonal office of State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur, the land and premises were given by Maharaja of Bikaner at very low and concessional price, The decision of Government has merged the flourishing SBBJ into SBI and now a days it is occupied by SBI and this Administration office switched over to Regional office of SBI, situated in public park behind the Collectorate and Juidicery office in Bikaner is headed by Deputy General manager of SBI. Work culture is good staff are cooperating and accountable for his duty.
