# Most worst customer service.nn# Bank running with less staff causing unnecessary crowd inside bank. For cheque book, requisition slip can be dropped but forced to wait in que and to submit to a lady executive who is only staff handking customers.nn# Manager is unable to reply of any problem related bank.

Very bad. Almost never has money. Bank doesn't maintain it properly. AC doesn't work.

Branch Manager is exceptionaly a good, efficient & ever smiling helpful person. But he alone can't change the working climate in the branch, unless the team of his other officials working there arouse themselves in the same tune & mentality.
