Best customer relation i have experienced till now.specially Rubi Kundu was so concerned about everybody whoever is entering the branch.no one had to move to other tables as she was solving it single handedly and very efficiently.she knows her job really well.

The bank is reputed, madhyamgram branch is also good. But I'll give them only two stars. Because one of the MR misguided me. Unnecessary told lie for his profit and sufferer was me. He open an account but some legal issues I have to open another account with all correction. But he never off my previous one for reaching his target. After few month bank changes me for not maintaining the minimum balance. This is not good. ud83dudc4e

Convenient place. Few staffs are cordial and professional. Others need to improve. Customer service is not that in terms of waiting time and managing the queue. They should implement some queue management process to reduce waiting time and better serve the customers.
