One of the worst bank in dealing with customers. They open an account and do not provide the customer with a pass book. It takes around more than 20 days to just give a pass book. They ask you to call on the landline number and do not receive the calls. Worst banking culture till now I have observed in my life. The staffs are lathargic and takes no responsibility of their work. Not at all bothered about the delays in their processes.
