The branch is so bad that it has only one star review and the system there is so bad that even the employees of the bank didn't chose to rate it 5 star and have some balance

Worst branch of Bank of india in terms of customer service. The bank staff treat customer like a begger. Unluckily I have an account there and I suffered a lot. I stooped using bank of india just because of the. Poor service. Ask any general customer of the bank who use other bank too will give you the same review
