Worst branch I have ever seen. Staff response very poor. No cash in branch if you want to withdraw your money, for fund transfer, you have to apply atleast before 1hour of closing time, No cleanliness, no information kisko, no priority for senior citizens or ladies, No provision for physically challenged people (about 30 ladders to climb), No proper management due to lazy senior staff. They are not bothered about customer satisfaction. This is still in their 90s era of banking.

Staff and manager all are arrogant and never provides satisfactory answers. They work according to their own convenience.

It is one of the good bank of bhavnagar.

The customer service is great..!! N if not, they try to do their best considering the huge footfall..!!!

This bank has really fully supported staf and also this bank has one atm and cdm machine for easy transaction.
