The branch manager doesn't know anything. I don't know how the he was put up to that post. He has to confirm everything with the higher authorities for every small detail. Very unhelpful and doesn't have good memory. Please assign your employees with good responsibility

Very bad experience. Don't guide properly when Atm did not give cash, and debit was made in account, staff members give different directions.nPity they do not have standard procedure or they do not follow

This place is the branch of one of the largest bank network under the public sector in fact it is the part of the biggest banking network of the Republic of India. This place offers banking facilities and other financial services. The indoors is usually quite and the place is not Visited by more thann200 people a day.

Useless service. All staff are arrogant. No proper instructions are given to customers. Other branch customers are treated like beggars.nI filing a complaint with Banking ombudsman for returning my cheque without sending for collection, which was deposited in drop box without any valid reasons.
