they dont have any particular time for lunch break i wait till 3pm. and even branch manager was sitting and cracking joke with staff. at 3pm, they told passbook cannot be updated bcoz corncern manager is on leave. when i went to complaint to branch manager. she told our lunch time is not based on bank lunch time. we will have when we want. such a rude comment from a bank managerni complaint to regional manager. still no response. incident happened on 21.08.2020 (friday at 2:25pm to 3:00pm) if this bank is true to customer, u can check cctv footage of bank and take action.
