Good ambience, slow service, since its a new branch hope it improves with time... Some employees need to be more empathetic towards customers.

Look who is handling Credit card department at the branch. I visited the branch for a concern with my credit card & found someone who could only say Meow. On calling up the concerned person got a reply that she would call up in 2 mins but those 2 mins have turned up in 2 days & I am still waiting for a call back from her.nnPathetic service, I wish I could give them 0 star but unfortunately couldn't.

The experience is very ridiculous..the staff are so arrogant,improper and degraded..nEverytime we go to visit branch the staff behavior remains same as worst..nI highly recommend that THE HIGH AUTHORITY OF SBI should look into this and must train the staff how should be soft and sound toward costomer.. they are not doing favor on us ..they are getting their bread and butter becouse we are paying the tax to the government..n#IMRPOVEYOURSELFSBI

Hopeless service and very arrogant staff, which is very common in all SBI branches. They dont care about their customers. Really bad experience with this branch.
