Always crowded due to slow processing.... But when I go for closing the account it happens within 20 minutes.... Its not the bank for middle class

Very worst bank in the world.... My debit card validity had expired last year (november 2016). I ve applied for it twice before expiry date.... but I ven't received the card yet...nwhen enquired the bank people said that I ve not applied for the card.... I don't know what the people did my application.... Very worst response from both the bank and customer care of SBI... Waste of salary for these stupids.... And also the internet banking is not working....nI ve no words to scold the bank personnel....
