IF THERE IS OPTION FOR NEGATIVE RATING, FOR SURE I GIVE IT. ONE MONTH AGO I APPLIED DEBIT CARD BUT AFTER THAT THEY SAID YOUR CARD IS NOT AT APPLIED TILL AFTER 1 & HALF MONTH.nAN EX EMPLOYEE I KNOW FROM PNB AT HIS REQUEST THEY ISSUE ME DEBIT CARD ON THE SPOT.nTOTAL RED TAPISM, OLD STAFF AND MANAGER ARE GOOD. BUT STAFF AND MANAGER WORKING NOW SO LAZY GIVING SO MANY EXCUSES NOT TO ME ONLY TO EVERYONE. NO MACHINE WORKING FOR CASH DEPOSIT AND PASSBOOK PRINTING.nIF SOMEONE REQUEST TO PRINT PASSBOOK THEY STRAIGHTLY DENIED.

its about a one month i opened my saving account in this bank. but till no i cannot get my passbook printed. a lady staff told me that there is no stock of passbooks so that they cannot issue me passbook. disgusting, why you all running a bank if you don't have passbooks.nin case of some misshappening where i should go and what is proof with me that i have account in this particular bank. # lazy people.

worst bank.i just dropped a cheque book request after a month i enquire about my passbook. they said there is no such request from our side. so much ignorance of work.

i wish there is some negative rating i will definiatly give negative rating to this bank. useless staff. Example of Red Tapism. A lady wearing spectacles on money receiving chair is so lazy always giving excuses to ordinary people, she is only ready to work if someone get recommendation. better to get service from sbi. worst bank pnb
