Worst service , Unprofessional staff ,always ATM Machine is Nil,even they don't know how bank Should oparates, poor SOP followed , Zero social distancing during covid peak days. Teller says there is no cash available and even he don't know when it will be available.. lol .come on guys you all really Passed the IBPS exam? not having money in the cash counter is not the customers lookout.
